This model is a meant to have a bicycle helmet-like design through the use of cuts and materials. It was made during the Advanced MechEngage workshops.
Creating this model showed me how to project sketches from a reference plane onto a curved surface and make sweeping cuts by following these paths. If I were to remodel this, I would stop the cuts from cutting into the cylindrical sides to create a cleaner look. Since I know how to make sweeping cuts, I could also make sweeping boss extrudes to model something such as a screw or worm gear.
