
A dessert made of two stacked cream-filled choux pastries and decorated with icing. They come in a variety of flavours. Either I am not eating them properly or they are hard to eat without tipping over.
The icing was the hardest to model. I created a sketch of the star cross-section then swept il along the curve of the smaller choux. The pointed tip was made by revolving cutting around the centre axis of the icing curve.
